Unique room, such great stay!

Clean and unique place, delicious breakfast with good choice of options. Marvellous and unbeatable location, just walking distance from everywhere.

We had a fine experience. The hotel was nicely decorated and luxury, enjoyed city view from our standard queen room. Some of the staff members were responsive. The location was secure, next to Van Eps Park.

after a short walk of less than a 5-minute journey, we were at the beautiful Falls Park, enjoying the fine views and nature, and just a few minutes further, we could admire the excellent Michelangelo's David replica, made our city exploration so enjoyable and nice.

I stayed at on phillips for 2 nights, and the hotel is fine! The standard king room was gorgeous, and the lounge was a great spot to relax. The man at the front desk was super helpful during a tough time. He offered us a late checkout which meant a lot to us. The location is right in the heart of the city.

The hotel is fine, with a beautifully designed room. The lounge area was a highlight. The staff member at the desk was accommodating during a stressful time, offering late checkout and support.

The kids really enjoyed the splash pad at Falls Park, just a quick bike ride away from the hotel. The spacious room accommodated our family perfectly.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options nearby.

Lacking a microwave in the room is a downside, especially for those who might want to heat snacks or leftovers. The coffee shop's limited food options left a bit to be desired. There were only a few choices available early in the morning, and a complimentary breakfast would have been a nice touch for the price. I experienced interruptions from housekeeping before checkout.

We had an amazing view of the river from our room, which was absolutely stunning at night! The unique Treasury bar served great drinks and we really enjoyed the ambiance. Clean rooms made for a relaxing stay, but the website misled us about the amenities offered.

I enjoyed a lovely stay in a Standard King Room while visiting local attractions. The decor was stylish, and the bed was comfortable. The lobby and treasury areas were stunning, adding to the overall ambiance. I did notice some chipping paint in the room and it would have been nice to have a microwave.

The Standard King Room had super comfy beds, and the view from the window was fantastic. We enjoyed cocktails in the classy Treasury bar, literally inside an old bank vault! The hotel vibe is unique with remnants of its banking past.

The room was super cozy with really comfy beds, and I loved the unique design! I also enjoyed the lounge area and the great coffee available in the lobby. Only downside was the early morning knock from housekeeping, but it didn't ruin my stay. 😊

The decor is modern with a classic touch. The rainfall shower head was a fantastic feature. The staff were helpful and cute. An excellent experience 🌟

Couldn't recommend more for a weekend breather

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, the lounge was a fantastic spot to relax with a welcome drink while the man at the front desk provided really good service during a challenging moment for us, offering a late checkout that really made a difference.

Nothing to improve.

The room was top-notch and beautifully designed with a nice view. The hotel was in an excellent location very close to downtown Sioux Falls. Had brunch in the Market, located nearby.
